Take advantage of your exclusive access to the whole property for a full destination experience arriving on Thursday and staying through Sunday.

The Farmer Cottage will be your home base, with your rehearsal, wedding, and post-reception gathering on-site. You may also select two peripheral events to host such as your rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, movie night, or farewell brunch. 
With our included decor, games, and lounges as well as multiple venues, you will be able to make each event a different experience.

The Windridge Experience 



For those looking to focus on just the main event itself, or would like to host their peripheral events elsewhere in town, this package will appeal to you! 

Access the property for two nights from Friday to Sunday and have your rehearsal and wedding on the property. Casual events under 30 people can be hosted at the Farmer Cottage. 

Our property rental comes with all the bells and whistles making your arrival much easier- no lugging lawn games!

A Taste of Cazenovia



Owner of Paper Crane Calligraphy, Elizabeth has been in the wedding industry since 2016, involved in planning and calligraphy. 

A basic planning package includes access to an online planning platform with everything from a checklist to budget tracking and even an easy drag-and-drop seating chart. 

Elizabeth will put together a detailed timeline and assist with any vendor recommendations you would like. 

You will be able to meet with her for an initial call, aisle planner review, and 3 additional meetings to review how you are doing and assist with any questions. One month out there will be a final call to go over any last items.

Elizabeth will be on-site for a final walk-through when you arrive, and execute your rehearsal and wedding with the venue team.

You and your guests have exclusive access to our Red Barn, White Stone Barn, and The Belvedere (new in 2022). The grounds also include a bluestone patio and fire pit, an indoor/outdoor bar, a restored gazebo, beautifully manicured lawns, and orchard.

White ceremony chairs, cross-backed reception chairs for up to 200, tables, whiskey bar, hydration station, barrels, arbors, glass chimneys for floating candles, taper candle holders and hurricanes, table numbers, and lounges to name a few.

Specialty & Vintage Inventory

No matter the weather, we have you covered with infrared heat and fans in the Red Barn, fans in the White Barn, portable heaters, 100 clear bubble umbrellas, and freely accessible wifi throughout the property. A driver and golf cart will be available to you as well.

Comfort & Convenience

We have on-site parking with a private drive, ADA-compliant bathrooms, outdoor seating, and even an in-house multi-zoned sound system for your DJ to use. Plenty of lawn games can be found on site including night bocci.

Other Amenities

We provide your caterer with an indoor prep room that includes prep surfaces, a sink, a freezer, and a refrigerator. We also have a dedicated 20'x20' catering prep tent with walls and lighting.
