The 80-acre property rental comes with Farmer Cottage (up to 10 guests), Red Barn and White Barn venues, Belvedere event pavilion, lawn games and two bocce courts, a bluestone patio and fire pit, and a backyard with plenty of outdoor ceremony options.

The comfort of you and your guests is a top priority so we are prepared with clear bubble umbrellas, portable and infra-red heaters, fans, and wifi. ADA-compliant bathrooms and even a golf cart with a driver will ensure all guests have property access.
Caterers love that we have our own 20’x20’ tent with lighting on-site and set up to expand our indoor catering space with 100 linear feet of prep space, sink, fridge, and freezer.

Have an unforgettable experience at our stunning Red Barn, White Stone Barn, and The Belvedere (2022). Our grounds boast amenities like a beautiful bluestone patio and fire pit, restored gazebo and bar (indoor/outdoor), lush manicured lawns, and the orchard.
The Barns & The Grounds
Our inventory includes white ceremony chairs, cross-backed reception chairs for up to 200, tables, hydration station, barrels, arbors, glass hurricanes for floating candles, taper candle holders and chimneys, table numbers and lounges.
Specialty & Vintage Inventory
No matter the weather, we have you covered with infrared heat and fans in the Red Barn, fans in the White Barn, portable heaters, 100 clear bubble umbrellas, and freely accessible wifi throughout the property. A driver and golf cart will be available to you as well.
Comfort & Convenience
We have on-site parking with a private drive, ADA-compliant bathrooms, outdoor seating, and even an in-house multi-zoned sound system for your DJ to use. Plenty of lawn games can be found on site including night bocci.
Other Amenities
We provide your caterer with an indoor prep room that includes prep surfaces, a sink, a freezer, and a refrigerator. We also have a dedicated 20'x20' catering prep tent with walls and lighting.

Our team will be present to make sure the venue is pristine throughout your events. Elizabeth will have been assisting you with planning and be on site to execute your rehearsal and wedding to bring your vision to life.
